    I began my real estate career in 2006 as a salesperson at RE/Max Gold in Fairfield, CA. My first real estate transaction was a 10 unit apartment complex sold for $1 million dollars. I represented the buyer and negotiated a seller carryback loan with 5% interest and a small down payment.

    I worked for Holden & Associates Realty and Mortgage in 2008. In 2009 I was responsible for creating and developing the Property Management Division, all the while filling in the roles of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Office Manager to all sales, office staff and loan personnel, as I carried out the duties successfully of selling homes as a Salesperson. I maintained the REO properties for BPO (broker price opinions) reports and kept an open line of communication with regards to the finances, taking pictures of properties, meeting with and negotiating with contractors, paying contractors/vendors, paying monthly bills, opening and closing accounts, data entry, and updating the banks for their many requests for each property that we managed as an REO company.

    In 2012 I worked for Titanium Solutions as a Home Retention Consultant for a few years, reaching out to homeowners who were behind on their mortgage. I was given assignments from banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Suntrust to visit homeowners and find out if they want to keep their home, sell it or rent it. I also collected data from the owners and reported that data back to each bank client.

    I received my Real Estate Brokers License in 2012, founded my own female, minority owned real estate company called Holden Homes Realty based in Fairfield, CA. To date, I currently have salespersons under my supervision. I educate the community by putting on homebuyers events for First Time Home Buyers, Investors & the Veterans. I manage individual homeowners properties, collect rents, serve notices, send statements, negotiate with contractors, & maintain repairs on properties.

    My Notary Public Duties include traveling to various locations & being an official state witness for the following types of notarizations on documents: Grant Deeds, Trust documents, Powers of attorney, loan modifications, debt settlements, home loan refinances, etc.

    As well as I am currently also partnering with NID-HCA Riverside/San Bernardino Counties which is a HUD approved counseling agency. We help homeowners who get behind on their mortgage due to job loss, illness, death in the family, etc. get forbearances, loan modifications, and foreclosure prevention services.

    Bryant Foundation, focused on helping make the world a better, happier place for inner city and at-risk
    Ms. Henley received a BA in Economics with an option in Accounting from CSU East Bay and a Master’s
    Degree in Taxation from the same university.
